Hotel de la Soledad

Beautiful place to stay, Rooms impeccables, Restaurant meals really good, Hotel and restaurant crew do an amazing job… The only thing that I’m unhappy is that they double charged me in my card, So I pay double for my room, Contacted the front desk talked to lots of people and there’s not answers and not solutions , Front desk told me that they will reimburse my money in the next 5 to 7 days… It’s been 3 weeks and not solutions. Keep an eye on charges -unhappy guest- :(

This is the most charming & cleanest hotel I have ever been to in the world. The staff go above and beyond to secure the hotel, make your stay comfortable, and help answer any questions quickly. We booked an airport transfer through the hotel and they picked us up in their SUV. They had water bottles and snacks and provided a very comfortable experience to/from the airport. The hotel itself is beyond stunning. Photos do not do it justice. It’s also centrally located and a block away from the downtown square, Cathedral, and great restaurants. We also ate at the hotel’s restaurant a couple of times and loved it. The food and drinks were delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The hotel itself is worth coming to Morelia for. We cannot recommend it enough!

Beautiful l, historical but expensive. They're restaurants food is mid but they're drinks are bomb. Very clean property and their rooms are spacious.

Was staying there for 8 days. Rooms are nice and big, very clean and modern looking. It is accessible for people with disabilities and wheelchairs and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

This hotel is outstanding. The way that the colonial charm has been retained and the seemless integration with modern technology is brilliant. The staff was so accommodating there was nothing they wouldn't do for you. This is truly a great hotel that you should consider if you are ever in Morelia and need a comforting place to stay at.
